Headquartered in Palestine Texas, Kim’s has a long, successful history in the convenience store industry. Kim Cole saw the writing on the wall and knew that the industry was changing. In order to meet these changes head on, Kim hired Paragon Solutions to breathe new life into his stores. Focusing on smaller towns in east Texas, Kim staked a claim to be the best in Texas and that’s saying something.

Whether getting an incredible chicken fried steak or buying the freshest produce, Kim wanted to offer small town Texas something they had not seen before. Paragon and Kim’s developed a hybrid store that was part deli, part convenience, part grocery store and all very special. The results are in, and Kim’s has met and exceeded all expectations.
