CX Support Job Description
Job Summary
The CX Design Support Coordinator is the documentation and standards backbone of Paragon’s customer-experience design projects. This role supports the Lead CX Designer by compiling notes, maintaining documentation and templates, managing the CX asset library, and preparing polished deliverables for clients and internal reviews. By handling the organizational and standards side of CX work, the Support Coordinator helps ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and support design documentation from preliminary through final phases
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and reflected ceiling plans
- Perform redline reviews and maintain drawing accuracy and quality standards
- Maintain CAD and SketchUp templates, layer standards, and file organization protocols
- Audit drawing sets for consistency, coordination, and compliance with internal and client standards
- Format and produce presentation materials, diagrams, and reports under Lead CX Designer direction
- Curate and manage the CX asset library, templates, and firm-wide standards
- Collaborate with designers and coordinate across CX, Retail, Branding, and consultants
- Organize client feedback, vendor specifications, and reference materials
- Prepare backgrounds, base files, visual boards, and final documentation submittals
- Assist with as-built documentation as needed
- Conduct light research on competitors, retail trends, and customer behavior
- Support workflow management, version control, and CAD troubleshooting
- Identify and implement documentation and workflow efficiency improvements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organization, formatting, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about customer experience and willingness to learn from senior designers.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Design Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–3+ years in design support or coordination | AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency required.
