Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Paragon Solutions seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of our commercial design, branding, and customer experience solutions business. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand Paragon’s services across retail, convenience store, QSR, and commercial environments.

This position requires regular travel for customer meetings, trade shows, project walkthroughs, and on-site documentation activities, including conducting Matterport scans and collecting field data to support project development and client presentations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at building strong customer relationships while managing multiple opportunities through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and markets
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions
  • Research prospective clients and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent Paragon Solutions at trade shows, conferences, networking events, and industry functions

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication and support
  • Understand client goals, operational challenges, and project objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Conduct customer site visits and walkthroughs to assess project opportunities and operational needs
  • Perform Matterport scans and gather field measurements, photos, and site documentation to support design and project teams
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication throughout the sales and project lifecycle

Sales & Proposal Development

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and leadership teams to develop customized solutions
  • Present Paragon’s capabilities, services, and project approach to prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasting within CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience preferred
  • Experience in commercial design, retail, construction, branding, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience with Matterport scanning technology or willingness to learn preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, trade shows, and field work
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently
